Chantel (Shelley) has been at PVT since 1998 and still have the enthusiasm to make trips happen on any budget. Successfully completing her 12th group trip abroad to Budapest, she like to put a smile on people’s faces and hear the laughter all around. Her group trips that she personally escorts have been to Paris, London, Rome, Barcelona, Prague, Killarney, Galway, Amsterdam, Milan, and Zurich. They sell out so quickly, we have to have a waitlist. While taking a personal view of every trip she books, she like to think of the trip as her own.

Shelley has traveled all over Europe, the Caribbean (both by land and by ship), the U.S. and Mexico and is still trying to come up with new destinations that make her clients happy. She listens to your interests and will help you find the perfect spot based on personal experience, client feedback and professional resources.

Shelley has also developed theatre trips for groups especially to New York City to see the newest biggest BROADWAY show and like to make everything affordable. Other fun group day trips have included wine tasting tours to the Connecticut Wine Trail and also the Hudson Valley Wine Trail.

Shelley has been to many ski resort areas as well as several golf destinations, including a couple of golf trips to my favorite landscape, the desert in Arizona.

Disney is a very exciting and yet overwhelming vacation so let Shelley help you plan your trip there. She still get excited about Disney and can help with all the planning. Whether it is Florida or California, She have been to both several times.

Shelley is known as the Pied Piper of Travel in the Pioneer Valley.

Michelle has been back with Pioneer Valley Travel since 2007 and has been in the travel business for over 22 years.

Michelle has travelled extensively throughout Europe (including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece & Turkey).

Michelle has also been to over 15 islands in the Caribbean and would love to share her experiences and talk about her favorite beaches.

Michelle’s favorite trips were going to Australia on an agent educational tour and cuddling with the Koalas & snorkeling in the great barrier reef of Australia. Costa Rica is her new favorite destination and she has fallen in love with the beauty of the country and the wonderful people that live there.

Her favorite places to sell are "All Inclusive" properties in the Caribbean & Mexico, packages to Costa Rica & Hawaii and also planning honeymoons, adventure trips and family travel.

Sonia is the newest member of the Pioneer Valley travel team. She is originally from Lima, Peru and moved to the United States few years ago. She is native Spanish speaking, fluent in English and basic knowledge in Italian.

Sonia has been in the travel industry for more than 10 years. Was based in Peru and has extensive experience selling individual and large groups in Peru. Worked for Lima Tours and Abercrombie & Kent in Lima.

Sonia’s favorite travel experience includes the Peruvian city of Cusco and touring the historic Machu Picchu.

Visited countries such as Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic some years ago. Traveled around the United States including living in Washington DC for a short period.

Sonia took the last few years to raise her young family at home, but is excited to have returned to the travel industry. Sonia truly enjoys her career and is excited to work with you!

Tarina has been at PVT since 1984. Tarina is experienced in all facets of travel and is determined to find the right destination and accommodations for her clients.
